The aim here is to create rapid changes in your circulatory system when interchanging between hot and cold environments.
We recommend a cycle of 15 minutes in the Sauna of choice then a shower to rinse off sweat before finishing with 3 minutes in the Ice Bath – and repeat.

We provide towels, earplugs and all necessary amenities. You may want to bring a swimsuit for the services, or loose clothing if you are more comfortable in that.
